Open Collaboration

Everyone speaks English and German / Alle sprechen Deutsch und Englisch

What it is about:

In this session we will look at the concepts, fundamentals, and dynamics of collaboration and link it with theories in learning, social behaviour, the productivity dilemma, and elements of culture – both individually and organizationally. This is the basis for discussing how open collaboration can be achieved, become mutually, and continuously deliver value. Based on the example of Red Hat, we will then connect the dots to architect an open organization.
